This visionary project sets out to redefine a predominantly industrial area on the north edge of Sherman Oaks. Taking advantage of direct connections to transportation and service infrastructure and a large public recreation area, it aims to create a mixed use site including a hotel, retail, a child care center and affordable housing around a generous and sheltered open space to spearhead a redevelopment geared towards people, not cars.
