An ongoing project involving the revitalization and conversion of an industrial warehouse block into an urban village, populated with new lifestyle and design-orient tenants, anchored by Chicago-based online men’s outfitter Trunk Club. Improvements include upgraded interiors, fully renovated facades punctuated by new entrances, and improved parking and access for pedestrians, bikes, and cars, all while reorienting the center towards LA Metro’s Expo Line station across the street.
