The revitalization of this new structure rebuilds and upgrades the ground level of the existing athletic club with a recessed secondary sidewalk that menaders in an out of the retail and restaurant spaces and adds benches and planters to create an inviting pedestrian experience. Above the health club, a roof-top pool deck, and penthouse office spaces afford 360 degree views of mountains, ocean, and L.A. cityscape.
