The greater Rondstadt Transit Canter site is successfully transformed to accommodate new development for a variety of mixed uses at the same time as it can provide and efficient and pleasant downtown transportation hub for all Tucsonans. The design incorporates and preserves the existing historic Arcade, design to reflect the original Pioneer Hotel in Downtown Tucson.
